These terms govern the use of automaatic, a service operated by GRWTH LAB. By creating an account or using the API you accept them. Contact:[email protected].

The service

automaatic provides research tools and datasets built from public sources such as the CMS NPPES registry. The free tier includes scored search results, a daily call quota, and a monthly allowance of full reports. Quotas are shown on your account page and may evolve; material changes are reflected on this page.

Accounts and API keys

• You are responsible for keeping your API key and session links private. Anyone holding them can use your quota.
• You can revoke a key or delete your account at any time from the account page.
• We may revoke keys or suspend accounts at our discretion, notably on abuse, quota circumvention, or automated bulk extraction.

Acceptable use

• No redistribution or resale of the datasets or reports as such.
• No scraping, bulk harvesting, or systematic extraction beyond the documented quotas.
• No use that violates applicable law, including outreach regulations applicable to your business.

Data and warranty

The underlying registry data comes from public sources and may contain errors or lag reality; verify before relying on it. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRWTH LAB's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Privacy

Personal data handling is described in the privacy policy.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice on the site. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
